Project Six.

In my Customer Analytics class, my group undertook a project to identify the optimal segmentation strategy for Opera Philadelphia. We evaluated three segmentation options and determined the best approach based on comprehensive data analysis and survey results. Our chosen strategy not only demonstrated a deep understanding of Opera Philadelphia's audience but also provided clear insights into which segments would benefit most from targeted marketing efforts. This project showcased my ability to apply data-driven insights to develop effective customer segmentation strategies tailored to specific audience needs.
